We are a retainer driven service. We offer packages that include specific numbers of hours. This benefits you because we are an on demand service. You have hours available to use as needed in whatever manner best benefits you. Having Executive Assistant Services on retainer with virtual availability is a bonus for you since we are just a phone call away. Hours can be pre-planned or you can call when tasks come up and we will address the need right then.
FLEXIBILITY
The flexibility we provide allows for last minute tasks to be completed. We pitch-in to meet deadlines, i.e. chase permits so that you are freed up to finish projects. We allow you to have an assistant without adding another full time employee. We can handle details in your personal life so you that can focus on your work and so that when your workday is done, you can relax and enjoy your evening.
